Zumba is a Latin inspired cardio-dance workout. No special skills required. Join the Party!
This indoor cycling class provides all the terrain you need - hills, climbs, flats and more! Spin helps you increase strength and cardiovascular endurance and is easy on the joints. Arrive 10 minutes early so the instructor can fit you to a bike.
A floor based exercise class based off of the Pilates method. It focuses on stabilizing and supporting the spine, strengthening the core, and toning the entire body.
Barre is a high energy fitness experience that fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, body sculpting, ballet and yoga. This full body workout incorporates weights, exercise balls and mat exercises. It is perfect for people of all fitness and experience levels.
Strength, Balance, Yoga
This is a combination of elementary yoga with some flow and balance poses. The strength portion of the class consists of using body weight as well as weighted movements with 10-15 minutes of core strengthening.
Using a variety of equipment, instructors will take you through a workout that will challenge all the major muscle groups! This class is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body
Tabata Body Sculpt
Shred fat and sculpt muscle in this quick and efficient Tabata workout. A total body workout in 45 minutes! Tabata works your body with various timed intervals using body weight and other exercise equipment. By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, interval training helps you get maximum results from your workout! It is fun, creative and motivating. all fitness levels are welcome.

Take your fitness to the next level! Gain strength, endurance and power by doing exercises for the entire body using a variety of equipment.
THis class is one of the most effective and innovative ways to challenge core strength and stability, while building muscle and increasing cardiovascular endurance. The class uses TRX suspension straps. All levels are welcome; modifications are given.
Yoga improves health, performance and mental acuity of participants. It blends balance, strength, flexibility, breathing and power in a fitness format.
Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.
Silver Sneakers Classic (SS Classic)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit
Try a safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance. This is a higher intensity class than Silver Sneakers Classic.
Silver Sneakers Yoga
Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
This class is for kids 7 - 13 years old. Kids will learn kid-friendly routines built around Zumba choreography while also engaging in games and fun activities throughout class. Classes are noon on Saturdays from June 2nd until July 28.
