CRC Fitness Classes

The MRD offers a variety of Fit Zone classes all of which are included with an annual pass, punch pass, or daily admission to the Montrose Community Recreation Center.  There is no additional fee to participate in any of the Fit Zone Classes!!

MRD’s classes take place on the blue gymnasium court or in the Fit Zone. Please review the following schedule for class times:

Due to popularity and equipment constraints some Fit Zone classes are reservation based. If you have not placed a reservation, there may not be a space for you in class. You can place a reservation for class the day prior to class after 8:00am. Reservations for Monday classes open at 8:00am the previous Friday. Reservations can be made online, by phone (970)249-7705, or in-person. Please bring your own mat to classes.

Monday 
  • 8:15am-9:15am – Spinning with BoJo in the Fit Zone (18 participants max)
  • 9:30am-10:15am – Chair Yoga with Jan or Lili in the Fit Zone (40 participants max) 
  • 10:45am-11:45am – Tai Chi with Jan in the Fit Zone
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm – TRX with Laurie in the Fit Zone (18 participants max)
  • 1:30pm-2:30pm – Functional Fitness, Balance & Fall Prevention with Stacey in the Fit Zone (16 participants max) (Reservation Required) 
  • 4:30pm-5:30pm – Yoga with Cindy in the Fit Zone
  • 5:45pm-6:45pm – Zumba Toning with Tamra in the Fit Zone
  • 7:00 - 7:45pm – TRX with Brandon (Fit Zone) (16 participants max)
Tuesday 
  • 8:00 - 9:00 am – TRX with BoJo in the Fit Zone (18 participants max)
  • 9:15 - 10:15 am – Barre with Rebecca in Gymnasium (Blue Court) (50 participants max)
  • 9:30 - 10:30 am – Chair Yoga with Stanlee (Fit Zone) (25 participants max) (Reservation Required)
  • 10:45 - 11:45 am – Gentle Stretch, Breathwork & Meditation with Elisabeth (Fit Zone)
  • 12:00 - 12:45 pm – Fitness Circuit with Lili in the Fit Zone (20 participants max)
Wednesday 
  • 8:15am-9:15am – Spinning with BoJo in the Fit Zone (18 participants max)
  • 9:30am-10:30am – Zumba with Rebecca in the Fit Zone
  • 10:45-11:45am – Yoga with Stanlee in the Fit Zone
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm – TRX with Mary Beth in the Fit Zone (18 participants max) 
  • 1:30pm-2:30pm – Functional Fitness, Balance & Fall Prevention with Stacey in the Fit Zone (16 participants max) (Reservation Required) 
  • 4:30pm-5:30pm – Hatha Flow Yoga with Loryn in the Fit Zone
  • 5:45-6:45pm – TRX with Brandon (Fit Zone) (16 participants max)
Thursday 
  • 8:00am-9:00am – Weekly Hustle with Holly in the Fit Zone (18 participants max)

Saturday 
  • 9:15 - 10:15am - Spinning with Amber/Amy in the Fit Zone (18 participants max) (canceled for summer)
  • 10:45 - 11:45am – Dance Fitness/Zumba with Ali, Cindy, Eloisa, Janel, or Tamra in the Fit Zone
