 Lili loves working with older adults at any fitness level.  She can help with making improvements in both fitness and nutritional health.  She enjoys walking outside on sunny days and she is an avid reader.  She would love to help you become the authentic healthy individual you desire to become.

  • Mondays
  • Tuesdays at 7am
  • Wednesdays at 7am
  • Thursdays at 7am
  • Fridays 1pm to 4pm
  • Saturdays by appointment
