Bio With over a decade of experience as an occupational therapist and coaching sports, I love working with the special needs population. Health and Fitness is a lifestyle and should be taught more in schools, having a disability puts you at an ever higher risk for depression and obesity. Providing functional training and education to enjoy a healthy life even with a disability is my goal.
